A pleasure to work with Andre. He performed the work as described, was on time, was respectful, and cleaned up, leaving everything as he found it. Job was done on time and completed on the dates he said they would. Work was done meticulously and we would hire again. This is the second job he's done for us. The first was related to a leaky front porch roof and the second was redoing our moulding and painting it.

Andrey was extremely careful when repairing and painting our house! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was good and we would recommend him to anyone!

We've had the pleasure of working with Andrey on two recent occasions. He replaced a lower roof on our house, doing an impeccable job on time and on budget. A few days later, we had an unrelated leak, and he fit our emergency into his schedule, diagnosing and solving the problem late on a Saturday afternoon. He is a pleasure to work with. He's thoughtful, generous with his time, and very clear in explaining what he proposes. We can't recommend Andrey highly enough!

Having a wooden exterior house, I was sick of having carpenter bees attracted to the sheltered areas under the gutters. The gutters also happened to be due for replacement.

I asked Andrey to put aluminum sheathing on all of the fascia that goes underneath the gutters and replace any fascia boards that were in poor condition due to the old, nonfunctional gutters. He worked to accommodate a tight timeline to ensure the work would be done before gutters were to go up in less than two weeks.

Andrey did an excellent job, and performed work beyond what he initially agreed to, including nailing up loose fascia board outside the area he was working in, and using up excess materials to apply sheathing to fascia that wasn't part of the original quote.

Andre and team have wrapped my windows, fixed a leak within the chimney flashing and replaced our roof. They provide quick quality service at extremely affordable prices. Would recommend Peak Home Renovations to anyone having work done on the outside of the home.

I just bought an older home that I am renovating and Andrey was the first professional I had the opportunity to work with. Andrey gave me a quote to install hardwood flooring throughout half of the house. I can't say enough about the job he did. I reached out to Andrey after seeing his truck/trailer in my neighborhood quite frequently. It was such a nice surprise to finally find a responsive contractor which in todays market is a lost art. Andrey came over the same day to look at my project, provided me a written estimate that was fair and was able to get the work done promptly. Andrey cares and you can see that in his work. I hired Andrey again for an interior trim project and couldn't be happier with his work. He was on time, on budget , fair, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a sliding patio door installed by Andrey. The quality of work was impeccable. Andrey did all new trim and even installed an extra hardwood floor board to fill the gap (the new door was thinner). Andrey was very professional. I highly recommend hiring Peak Home Renovations. I recently had a very bad experience with another contractor and as a result, the work performed had to be repaired/redone. I reached out to 4 contractors and Andrey of Peak Home Renovations was by far the best. He gave me a very detailed quote with pictures and a fair price. He started and completed the work on time and most importantly, his work is precise and meticulous. Andrey is not only a good businessman but he is a nice guy too! We were replacing a latch eight foot window and found the entire header was rotten. Andrey came out to look at the project the day after we called and was able to give us an estimate on the spot. He started the job just two days later and was finished in two days. He even came back after the window installer finished and painted the siding. The work was top level and he was a pleasure to work with. By far one of the best contractors I've worked with.
